Moldova January 2019: Dacia Duster and Logan equal #1 in market up 15.5%

The Dacia Duster spends a second consecutive month in the Moldovan pole position.

Based on data shared by our Central European market data partner CE Auto, the Moldovan new car market gains a sturdy 15.5% year-on-year in January to 477 registrations. Following on from a pole position in December, the Dacia Duster remains the best-selling nameplate in the country, but is this time joined by the Dacia Logan as co-#1, with both models commanding a whopping 13.6% share each. The Hyundai Tucson (+146.2%) and Suzuki Vitara complete an SUV-heavy Top 4, with the GAZ Gazelle Next (#6), Ford Transit (#8) and Skoda Kodiaq (#10) also strong.
