New car sales in Estonia enjoy a third consecutive year of growth in 2018 at +3.6% to 25.387 registrations. Despite a ghastly 22.8% fall, the Skoda Octavia is the best-selling vehicle in the country for the third year in a row and the 5th time in the past 8 years, ending the year just 22 sales above the Toyota RAV4 (+15.2%) with the Renault Clio (+29.7%) posting a very impressive gains to round up the podium, both nameplates overtaking the discontinued Toyota Avensis (-12.1%). All remaining Top 10 members brilliantly outpace the market, with the Kia Sportage (+9%) and Toyota Auris (+15.2%) advancing to #5 and #6 respectively while the Toyota C-HR (+48.5%), Renault Captur (+29.7%) and Kia Cee’d (+6.7%) replace the VW Passat, Nissan Qashqai and Honda CR-V in the annual Top 10.
