Bosnia & Herzegovina August 2018: Skoda Fabia best-seller, now #2 YTD

According to our Central European market data partner CE Auto, new car sales in Bosnia & Herzegovina plunge 18% year-on-year in August to just 687 registrations, yet the year-to-date tally remains comfortably in positive at +7.4% to 7.604 units. The Skoda Fabia surges 54% year-on-year to snap the lead for the third time in the past 6 months, scoring the #2 spot off the VW Golf in the process. The Skoda Octavia (+30%) is also very dynamic at #2 and remains the YTD leader by just 12 sales above the Fabia. The Skoda Rapid (+19%) is the only other Top 7 nameplate in positive, confirming an outstanding month for the Czech carmaker.
