Bosnia & Herzegovina May 2018: Dacia Sandero triumphs

The Dacia Sandero is the best-selling vehicle in Bosnia for the first time in May.

Thanks to our partnership with Central European market data partner CE Auto, we can share with you May sales for Bosnia & Herzegovina, a market up 17.4% year-on-year to 1.186 units, which brings the year-to-date volume up 12.7% to 4.837. After recording a high of #6 in April 2017 and two incursions in the Top 10 so far this year (#9 in February and April), the Dacia Sandero triumphs in May and posts its first ever monthly win in Bosnia thanks to 75 sales and 6.3% share. The Skoda Fabia is knocked down to #2 but surges 118% year-on-year to step ahead of the Skoda Octavia in the YTD ranking. The VW Crafter is up 6 spots to #4, its highest ranking in the country since BSCB started following Bosnia monthly in 2013. The  Dacia Duster (+80%) and VW Golf (+46%) also impress while the Citroen C3 (#6) posts its first Top 10 ranking since March 2013.
