Latvia February 2018: VW Golf reigns, Peugeot 308 up to #4
Peugeot 308 sales are up 42% year-on-year in Latvia in February.

According to data released by JATO Dynamics, the Latvian new car market is up 6.5% year-on-year in February to 1.254 registrations, bringing the year-to-date volume up 6.1% to 2.783. The VW Golf remains by far the most popular nameplate in the country thanks to deliveries up 78% year-on-year to 6.4% share, distancing the Nissan Qashqai (-20%) – the 2017 leader – and the Kia Sportage (-58%). The Peugeot 308 (+42%) and VW Tiguan (+25%) both climb up three spots on January to #4 and #5 respectively while the Toyota Auris is up 46% to #6. Notice also the Ford Focus (+30%) and Fiesta (-30%) both ending February inside the Top 10.
