Israel July 2017: After three months absence, Hyundai reclaims #1

Thanks to our partnership with cartube.co.il, we can share with you Israeli brands data for July when sales are down 6% year-on-year to 25.667 units, leading to a year-to-date tally now up by only 0.6% to 193.864 registrations. After three months away, Hyundai reclaims the brands pole position despite a 0.2% year-on-year drop to 15.6% share. Sister brand Kia (-16%) is knocked down to #2 while Toyota is also down one spot to #3 in spite of a vigorous 17% year-on-year gain. Suzuki (+38%) post the largest year-on-year improvement in the Top 25, with Nissan (+31%), BMW (+29%), Dacia (+17%) and Mercedes (+16%) also posting stunning scores. Further down, Alfa Romeo (+47%), Infiniti (+131%) and Cadillac (+327%) make themselves noticed whereas Audi (-25%), Ford (-26%), Renault (-27%), Citroen (-33%), Volkswagen (-33%), Mitsubishi (-35%), Lexus (-42%) and Isuzu (-50%) are in great difficulty.
