Cyprus June 2017: Ford Fiesta leads, Toyota C-HR up to #5
The Toyota C-HR ranks 5th so far this year in Cyprus.

Based on data provided by SEMO Cyprus and analysed by INNOSOFT, new car sales in Cyprus are up 11% year-on-year over the First Half of 2017 to 7.516 registrations. The Ford Fiesta is the new year-to-date leader despite sales down 3% on the same period a year ago. It is followed by the Kia Rio (+49%) and Hyundai Tucson (+123%), both up spectacularly, whereas the Nissan Qashqai is down 22% to #4. The Toyota C-HR has made a thunderous entrance into Cyprus, landing directly at #5 for its first ever H1 ranking. Strong performers also include the Kia Sportage (+29%), Nissan X-Trail (+32%), VW Tiguan (+26%), Kia Picanto (+100%), Toyota Corolla (+64%) and Nissan Pulsar (+92%). Over the May-June period, the Toyota Yaris leads (+36%) ahead of the Ford Fiesta (+26%), Kia Rio (+160%), Toyota C-HR (new) and Kia Cee’d (+120%).
