Namibia Full Year 2016: Toyota Hilux, Ford Ranger & Isuzu KB on top
The Toyota Hilux and Ford Ranger top the Namibian sales charts in 2016.

Thanks to our partnership with Lightstone and NAAMSA, here is official data for Namibia in 2016. Toyota remains master in command in the brands ranking, outselling Volkswagen, Nissan and Ford like in 2015. Isuzu overtakes Chevrolet for #6 while Audi leaps from outside the Top 10 directly to #7, with BMW also breaking in at #10. Looking at passenger cars only, Toyota distances Volkswagen, Ford, Hyundai and Nissan in a Top 5 unchanged on 2015.
The Isuzu KB climbs onto the Namibian podium this year.
The Toyota Hilux is the standout favourite once again in Namibia in spite of sales down 19% to 3.440, outselling the Ford Ranger 3.5 to 1. The Isuzu KB soars four spots on 2015 to land in third place, and the Nissan NP300/Hardbody makes the Namibian podium 100% pickup trucks. The VW Polo Vivo (-20%) remains the best-selling passenger car in the country despite a harsh decline, it distances the Toyota Fortuner and VW Polo. The VW Tiguan replaces the Golf as the 10th most popular passenger car in Namibia this year.
