Moldova February 2016: Dacia Logan reclaims #1 spot, Tucson #2

According to Central European market data specialists CE Auto, the Moldavian new car market is up by a solid 18% year-on-year in February to 295 registrations, lifting the year-to-date total up 8% to 529 units after two months. After relinquishing the pole position for four consecutive months between October and January, the Dacia Logan, the annual best-seller in Moldova for the past decade, reclaims its title in February with 11.5% share. #1 in December and January, the Hyundai Tucson doesn’t fall far off and ranks 2nd in February with a very strong 9.2% share. The Tucson remains #1 year-to-date for now with 10% of the market. The Mercedes Vito (#3) and Skoda Fabia (#4) also shine, while the Suzuki Vitara is up to #6.
