New car and light commercial vehicle sales in Poland slow down their growth in November at +0.7% to 27,891 deliveries, meaning the YTD total is now up 12% on 2013 to 334,664 units. Brand-wise, the podium (Skoda-Volkswagen-Toyota) is identical to the YTD ranking, with Opel and Renault overtaking Ford to rank #4 and #5 respectively. The Skoda Octavia is once again the most popular nameplate in the country and the only one selling over 1,000 units this month at 1,087. The Skoda Fabia takes a hit due to its generation changeover and is down to #9 in November but still #2 YTD. Excellent performance of the refreshed Toyota Yaris up two ranks on October to #2, with the VW Golf (#3) and Opel Astra (#4) also doing well. Further down, notice the Renault Clio up 4 spots to #6, the Peugeot Partner up 27 to #14, Opel Mokka at #23 vs. #45 YTD and the Mitsubishi ASX at #30 vs. #44. Finally, we welcome two new nameplates inside the Polish Top 50 this month: the Lexus NX lands at an astounding 43rd place with 176 sales and the VW Golf Sportsvan at #45 and 173 units.
