Toyota takes the lead of the manufacturers ranking with 26.6% share above Ford at 23.3%, Chrysler returning to market at 19.5% and Chinese importer Civetchi at 13.1%. Model-wise, the Toyota Corolla remains in pole position thanks to 348 sales and 15.8% share, the Dodge Forza – a locally-assembled rebadged previous generation Fiat Siena – lands back directly at #2 with 235 units and 10.6%, its highest ranking in Venezuela (previous best: #3 in December 2013 and April 2014). The Civetchi Pickup – aka Dongfeng Utah – rounds up the podium just under 10% share and cements its year-to-date leadership at 2,947 sales and 18.8% share vs. 1,385 and 8.9% for the #2, the Mitsubishi Lancer knocked down to #17 this month.
