Estonia October 2014: Skoda Octavia and Toyota RAV4 on top

The Estonian new car market is up a very robust 16% year-on-year in September to 2,083 registrations, bringing the year-to-date total to 18,165 units, up 7% on 2013. Toyota maintains its leadership with a comfortable margin at 13.4% share, ahead of Volkswagen at a round 10%, Skoda at 8.4% and Honda at 6.5%. The Skoda Octavia confirms it is the new master in command, selling 106 units for a 5.1% market share and another monthly pole position. It is followed by the Toyota RAV4 up 8 spots on September to 3.3% share, the Toyota Auris and Avensis both up 5 ranks to #3 and #4 respectively. YTD leader up until August, the Honda CR-V sinks to #9 this month but remains #2 YTD for now. Other great performers include the Suzuki SX4 up to #11 vs. #26 YTD, the Peugeot 508 up to #17 vs. #34, Hyundai i20 up to #33, Audi Q5 up to #25 and the VW Up up to #29.
