  1. Finally, I thought this rank would never come!:D I’m wondering how Skoda’s situation will look like after they launch the new Octavia and stop selling the 2nd gen. The Rapid is terribly overpriced, especially if you compare it to the Koreans, Astra Classic and Auris Classic (the 1st gen Auris is still available) and the new Octavia wil be much more expensive than Rapid… Hope this situation will bring some refreshment to the Polish sales chart 😀 as a Kia fan, I must notice that it’s a shame that Picanto, Rio and Optima lost their battles this year and landed om remote positions 🙁

  2. Fiat Punto – one of bestsellers in Poland in previous years, still managed to get 15-th place. But 2013 will be much worse for sure. Too many years on the market…

Fiat is still leader in A segment – Panda+500 plus Freemont is doing better and better (324 in 2012, with good progress in 2-nd half of the year) and of course LCV (30% market share incl Iveco).

Bright point is also Giulietta and total Lancia sales (843 units, +90%).

Volkswagen did big progress in recent years due to much more aggressive pricing policy.
Other winners – Hyundai, Kia, Chevrolet, Dacia, Nissan.

  3. Skoda had good 1-st half of 2012 and bad 2-nd half. Octavia, Fabia down, Rapid is low seller, only Citigo makes quite good.

    Skoda:
    I – 19,817 units (11.74% market share)
    II – 13,726 units (9,61%)

    Fabia:
    I – 6,066 units
    II – 3,677 units

    Octavia:
    I – 9,781 units
    II – 5,858 units
