New Zealand October 2010: Corolla at 12%!

The New Zealand car market is up 6% in October at 7,297 sales. Boosted by rental vehicles registrations (an October tradition in New Zealand), the Toyota Corolla is by far the top selling vehicle in New Zealand with 852 sales and no less than 11.7% of the market!

The Holden Commodore comes in #2 with 412 sales and 5.6%, followed by the Ford Falcon at 400 sales and 5.5%. As far as commercial vehicles are concerned, the Toyota Hilux leads with 216 units sold (3%) ahead of the Nissan Navara (2.5%) and the Toyota Hiace (1.9%).
