The Saipa Pride is estimated to top the Iranian charts over the period.

We haven’t manage to compile brand or models production and/or sales data for this period in Iran. Looking at the 2010 rankings, it makes sense to assume the Saipa Pride continues to dominate the sales charts in the country, followed by the Peugeot 405 and Pars.
