Poland 1994-1995: FSO Polonez Caro most popular

The FSO Polonez Caro is #1 in Poland in 1994 and 1995.

In 1995, 263.881 new passenger cars find buyers in Poland. Over 1 in 4 new cars sold is an FSO Polonez Caro (-17.9%) holding the top spot with a whopping 26.2% share. No less than four Fiats follow: the 126p (+6.7%) up despite its old age and overtaking the much more recent Cinquecento (-4%), the Uno (-40.4%) and Punto (+791.3%). The Opel Astra (+169.9%) also shines with a stunning gain ahead of the new Skoda Felicia. The Fiat Tipo, Renault Laguna and Opel Corsa also find their way into the Polish Top 10.
