Estonia Full Year 2017: Skoda Octavia and Toyota Avensis on top, sales up 11.5%

The Estonian new car market is up 11.5% year-on-year in 2017 to 25.020 registrations. The Skoda Octavia outpaces the market with a 17% gain to 5.3% share, posting a second consecutive year atop the Estonian charts and 4th in total after 2011, 2014 and 2016. The Toyota Avensis (+7%) remains in 2nd place, distancing the Toyota RAV4 up 47% and five spots to #3. The Renault Clio is the best performer in the Top 10, more than doubling its sales on 2016 at +102% to 3% share and up 14 ranks to #4, even snapping the pole position in a demo sales-filled December. The VW Passat is up two spots to #5, the Skoda Superb up 6 to #6 and the Kia Sportage up 3 to #7 whereas the Nissan Qashqai (-21%), Toyota Auris (-26%) and Honda CR-V (-19%) all tumble down.
