Kazakhstan December 2013: Hyundai Accent & Toyota Prado shine

New car sales in Kazakhstan are up a whopping 73% year-on-year in December to 15,649 registrations, and the Top 3 best-selling models in the country this month are 100% Ladas like in November: the Priora leads the way with 1,845 sales and 11.8% share, ahead of the Samara at 6.9% and the Granta at 5.9%. Outstanding month for the Hyundai Accent, up no less than 177% year-on-year to #4 with 895 units and 5.7%, kicking the Uz-Daewoo Nexia down to #5. Other great performers this month in Kazakhstan include the Toyota Prado up 193% to #8, Renault Duster up 834% to #10, the Skoda Rapid at #11, Lada Kalina up a huge 1074% to #12 thanks to the new model and the Toyota Highlander up 800% to #20.
