France LCV November 2011: Renault Clio & Citroen Nemo shine

While the French Passenger Car market is down 8% in November, the Light Commercial Vehicle sales are up an impressive 10% at 39,723 registrations, bringing the year-to-date total to 390,083 units, up 3%. For the first time this year the Renault Clio leads the way as it does in the PC ranking with 4.086 sales and 10.3%, ahead of the Renault Kangoo at 3,675 sales and 9.3%. The Kangoo is still #1 by far in the year-to-date ranking at 34,392 units and 8.8% vs. 26,216 and 6.7% for the Clio.
The Renault Master is up 4 spots to land on the podium at #3, followed by the Citroen Berlingo, up 2 ranks, and the Renault Trafic, down 1. The Fiat Ducato, #8 this month, now sees its 3rd place year-to-date threatened by the Berlingo and Master. Notice the Citroen Nemo up 5 spots on October to break into the Top 10 for the first time this year at #10 with 1,337 sales and 3.4% share.
