Poland August 2011: Skoda Octavia and Opel Astra on top

Car sales in Poland are down 14% in August at 19,633 registrations and 6% year-to-date at 179,922 units. The Skoda Octavia enjoys its 6th consecutive month atop the models ranking with 865 sales and 4.4% and the Opel Astra reclaims the 2nd spot it is also holding year-to-date at 771 units and 3.9%.
The Ford Focus is down one spot to #3 with 744 sales and 3.8%, ahead of the Skoda Fabia still weak at 2.9% share vs. 3.9% year-to-date, the VW Golf and the Nissan Qashqai. The Opel Corsa and Fiat Punto are back in the Top 10.
