Fiat Siena

New car sales in Venezuela are down 12% in April at 9,431 registrations and 8% year-to-date at 35,221 units. The Chevrolet Aveo reclaims the top spot at 11% share. It is still distant leader year-to-date with 5,038 sales and 14.3%. The Chevrolet Optra is back to its traditional position too at #2 with 10.1%.

Fiat has had a tumultuous history in Venezuela in the last few years and this month is an excellent one for the Italian manufacturer: the Fiat Siena ranks 3rd with 799 sales and 8.5% share. The Ford Fiesta, #1 last month, is down to #4 but still delivers a solid 8.5% share. It is #3 year-to-date at 8.8%.
