Latvia 2009: 4 Toyotas in Top 4 of devastated market

In 2009 only 3,745 new cars were registered in Latvia, that’s 90% less than in 2007! Toyota makes the most of this devastated market by placing 4 models in the Top 4: the Avensis is in the lead with 135 sales, followed by the Land Cruiser at 118, the RAV4 at 114 and the Corolla at 111. The Hyundai i30 rounds up the Top 5.

#1 from 2006 to 2008, the Skoda Octavia is down to #9 this year. Notice the Lexus RX up to a fantastic 13th place, the BMW X6 at an outstanding 22nd spot, the Audi A6 at #25 and the BMW X5 at #29.
