Tunisia Full Year 2025: Kia Picanto most popular in market up 11.7%

The Tunisian new light vehicle market is up 11.7% year-on-year in 2025 to 63,850 units. This year Kia (+27.8%) overtakes sister brand Hyundai (-8.5%) to take the lead of the brands charts with 11% share. Renault (+48.5%) and Isuzu (+36.7%) both surge three spots to end the year at #3 and #4 respectively. Chery (+70%) is the best performer of the year and climbs from #12 in 2024 directly to #6. Citroen (+36%) and Fiat (+20.9%) also impress whereas Peugeot (-27.5%) freefalls from #3 to #10.

Model-wise, the Kia Picanto (+50%) and Isuzu D-Max (+42%) both soar year-on-year to dominate the charts with 6.9% and 6% share respectively. Leader last year (revised figures adding up Populaire models), the Hyundai Grand i10 HB (-9.9%) drops to #3. The Chery Tiggo 1X-3X (+67%) is up to #4 ahead of the Fiat Doblo (+277%) and Citroen Berlingo (+257%).
