Bahrain Full Year 2025: Toyota Land Cruiser and Jetour T2 top market up 8.8%

New vehicle sales in Bahrain step up by a solid 8.8% in 2025 to 37,713 units. Toyota (+7.2%) sees its share drop slightly to a still ultra dominant 32.1% vs. 32.6% in 2024. The event of the year is the 2nd place of Jetour (+231.6%) up 11 spots on last year. Nissan (-17.6%) struggles and falls to #3, distancing Lexus (+21.1%) in great shape and MG (+3.1%) more timid. Suzuki (+18.1%) shoots up 3 ranks to #6 while Ford (+22%) stays at #10. Hyundai (-38.9%) implodes from #3 to #8. Further down, notice Haval (+57.2%), Mitsubishi (+30.6%) and Mercedes (+17.6%) all faring very well in the remainder of the Top 20.

Over in the models charts, the Toyota Land Cruiser SW (+41.1%) celebrates a 13th win in the past 15 years with a much improved 7.2% market share. The Jetour T2 (+377.5%) is the hero of the year, up 21 spots to land at an exceptional 2nd place. As a result, the Toyota Hilux (-2.5%) is relegated to #3 just as the Toyota Yaris Sedan (-15.5%) manages to stay at #4 despite a ghastly year-on-year loss. The Nissan Sunny (-26.8%) does even worse and falls to #5. The Ford Territory (+41%) and Toyota Ace (+33.9%) also lodge sturdy result with the Toyota Hiace (+88.5%) ending the year just outside the Top 10.
