Croatia November 2025: VW T-Cross #1, Opel Frontera up to #6
First Top 20 finish for the Opel Frontera, directly to #6.
The Croatian new car market is stable in November at +0.4% year-on-year to 4,038 units. The year-to-date tally is now up 7.9% to a record 64,934. Volkswagen (+11.2%) repeats at #1 with 14.8% share vs. 12.3% year-to-date, distancing Skoda (+21.2%). Opel (+239.2%) posts a tremendous lift but this is due to a particularly low year-ago result when it ranked #15. Toyota (+28.6%) also shines at #4 but is the last gainer in the Top 10. Kia (-49.4%), Dacia (-31.7%), Hyundai (-22.2%), Audi (-16.4%) and Renault (-15.9%) are all hit hard.
Over in the models charts, the VW T-Cross (+37.1%) reclaims the top spot off the Skoda Octavia (+35%) for the first time since last January. It remains a distant second year on year with one percentage point of market share separating the two models. The Suzuki Vitara (-28%), which was #1 a year ago, sinks YoY but still manages an excellent third place with a market share above its YTD level. The Opel Mokka (+550%) continues to surge in 4th position wit the Suzuki S-Cross (+70.8%) up 11 spots on October to #5. The event of the month is the first Croatian Top 20 finish for the new Opel Frontera landing directly at a stunning 6th place with 2.3% share. The model is starting to score interesting results across Europe and could be a real success if it continues this way.
