Turkiye October 2025: Volkswagen #1, Togg T10F in Top 10

The Togg T10F is already up to #8 at home.

The Turkish new light vehicle market is up a fantastic 19.4% year-on-year in October to 116,149 units, a new record for the month, eclipsing the 101,367 units of October 2023. The year-to-date volume crosses the million mark for the first time after 10 months at +10.2% to 1,043,796, beating the previous best of 958,942 in 2023. This month Volkswagen (+35.3%) snaps the brands leadership with 11.6% share vs. 8.1% so far this year. This is the German carmaker’s second win this year after last June, and only its third win in the past 6 years (add January 2020). Renault (+15.6%) and Fiat (+29.8%) both drop one spot as a result but remain strong. Toyota (+78.7%) lodges the biggest gain in the Top 10 at #5, followed by Citroen (+43.3%), Opel (+36.9%) and Togg (+34.4%). Hyundai (+23.3%) also beats the market at #9. No sale for Tesla this month.

Over in the models charts, the Renault Megane Sedan (+58.8%) manages a third win in the past four month but is stuck at #2 year-to-date below the Renault Clio (-1.6%), itself down to #5 for the month. The Toyota Corolla (+53%) is up four spots on September to #2 while the VW Taigo (+40.6%) surges back up 24 ranks to #3, the nameplate’s new ranking record. The Fiat Egea Sedan (+10.9%) is down to #4. The Toyota C-HR (+177.5%), VW T-Roc (+76.4%), Hyundai i20 (+51.5%) and Citroen C4 X (+42.8%) also shine below but the performer of the month is the new Togg T10F breaking into its home Top 10 for the first time at #8 for its 2nd month of sales.
