Israel October 2025: Lynk & Co, Renault, MG highlight market up 33.3%

According to data shared with us by our local partner cartube.co.il, the Israeli new car market surges 33.3% year-on-year in October to 19,367 units, bringing the year-to-date tally up 8.5% to 261,404. After three months at an exceptional pole position, Chery (+64.2%) drops to #3 with a still stunning 9% share. Toyota (+49.1%) beats the market and reclaims the top spot it holds year-to-date. Hyundai (+0.6%) is back up four ranks on September to #2 but disappoints year-on-year. Skoda (+45.9%) is also up three to #4 with Jaecoo (+475.8%) continuing to gear up at #5 and 7.8% share vs. 5.6% through October. MG (+447.9%) lodges a 7th Top 10 finish in the past 8 months while Lynk & Co (+25150%) improves further to a record 9th place, the brand’s highest in the world. Renault (+708.9%) is up to #10 with 2.3% share vs. #23 and 1.1% YTD. Newcomer Deepal is down one rank on last month to #12 and 2.2% share vs. 0.8% so far this year. Meanwhile Leapmotor soars 25 spots to an all time high #14. Chinese carmakers account for 36.9% of the market this month vs. 49.5% in September.
