Oman January-September 2025: Toyota at 48% share, places Hilux, LC and LC Pickup on top

The Toyota Land Cruiser Pickup ranks #3 in Oman through September.

The Omani new light vehicle market is in great shape in 2025 with sales up 17.8% year-on-year over the first 9 months to 55,531. Toyota (+7%) sees its share thaw from 52.8% to a still gargantuan 48%, meaning it sells over 8 times more than any other manufacturer here. Hyundai (+2.9%) stays in 2nd place ahead of Isuzu (+27.9%) up one spot to #3. Jetour (+218.5%) leaps up six ranks to #4 and 5.1% share vs. 1.9% a year ago. MG (-2.5%) is down two ranks to round out the Top 5. Nissan (+9573.1%) is back in market at #6, distancing Kia (+1.6%), Changan (+11.6%) and Mitsubishi (+11.4%) all trailing the market. Below, notice Ram (+96.7%), Geely (+60.1%) and Ford (+53.8%) posting fantastic scores.

Over in the models charts, the Toyota Hilux (+25.9%) overtakes the Toyota Land Cruiser (+14.1%) to snap the pole position with 13.6% share. The Toyota Land Cruiser Pickup (+16%) closes out the podium as it did a year ago. The Jetour T2 (+370.7%) is up 19 ranks to a stunning 4th place overall with 3.3% share. The Isuzu D-Max (+34.2%), Toyota Ace (+31.8%), Hyundai Accent (+67.5%) and Isuzu N-Series (+26.4%) follow. The Nissan Sunny and Toyota Fortuner (-33.7%) complete the Top 10.
