Moldova August 2025: Dacia Duster on top, Jetour X50 repeats inside Top 10

The Jetour X50 ranks #10 in Moldova in August.

According to data by our local partner CE Auto, new car sales in Moldova advance 16.3% year-on-year in August to 1,093 units with the year-to-date volume now up 8.8% to 6,816. The Dacia Duster (-20.3%) is back in charge for just one unit, and despite a harsh YoY fall, above the Kia Sportage (+24%) and Toyota RAV4 (+51.2%). The Hyundai Tucson (+142.3%) surges ahead at #4 while the BYD Song Plus hits its best ranking since last January at #5. The Skoda Superb (+8%) is up to #7 and cracks the YTD Top 10 at #9. Second Top 10 finish in a row (and ever) for the Jetour X50 at #10.
