Kosovo Full Year 2024: Skoda topples Volkswagen to #1

Skoda is the best-selling carmaker in Kosovo in 2024.

Thanks to one of our readers JFK we now have access to brands data for Kosovo for the first time in 5 years. The market is up 8.6% year-on-year in 2024 to 4,194 sales. Despite falling hard at -15.8% year-on-year, Skoda snaps the pole position with 11.9% share vs. 15.4% last year. It dislodges Volkswagen (-22.6%) down to #2, equal with Renault (-1.1%). Dacia (+24%) and Toyota (+47.9%) round out the Top 5 like in 2023 and markedly improve their market share at 11% and 10.8% respectively. Peugeot (+128.6%) and Audi (+120%) surge ahead in the remainder of the Top 10, with Suzuki (+13.3%) and Mercedes (+6.8%) also solid.
