Albania March 2025: BYD Seagull and Song Plus on top
The BYD Seagull holds 10.9% of the Albanian market over Q1.
Thanks to CE Auto, today we can share with you exclusive data for Albania. This is the first time we publish any official data for this country which will be a monthly update from now on. 421 new cars found a buyer in March and 1,301 over Q1. There are many surprises in the models ranking for the month. First, we have not one but two Chinese models on top: the BYD Seagull leads the way with 9.3% share ahead of the BYD Song Plus at 8.8%. In the YTD charts, the Seagull is also #1 with the Song Plus at #4. The Chinese star carmaker also places the Yuan Plus (#5) and e2 (#10) inside the Top 10 and should be the best-selling marque in the country. The Top 10 is EV-heavy, with the VW ID.3, ID.4 and ID.6 as well as the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and Audi Q4 e-tron.
