Singapore November 2024: Tesla, Porsche, BYD among biggest gainers in market up 41.9%
Porsche is inside the Singaporean Top 10 in November.
3,606 new light vehicles found a buyer in Singapore in November, a splendid 41.9% year-on-year improvement. As a result the year-to-date tally is up 47.7% to 37,580. Toyota (+12.7%) vastly trails the market but stays atop the brands charts with 18% share. BYD (+116.2%) more than doubles its year-ago volume to reach 14.1% share, cementing its #2 YTD spot where it holds 13.5%. Mercedes (+16.9%) exchanges ranking with BMW (+58.2%), with Tesla (+700%), Volkswagen (+311.4%) and Porsche (+278.6%) also delivering spectacular upticks in the remainder of the Top 10. Note this is Porsche’s first Top 10 finish since last February. Newcomer Xpeng is down three spots on October to #13.
