The Japanese brand even breaks its monthly volume record at 25,752, eclipsing its previous best of 25,119 established just last March. Kia (+9.8%) is the only additional gainer in market.
Model-wise, the Tata Punch (+66%) scores a third win in the past four months and cements its YTD pole position with over 10,000 units more than the #2, the Maruti Suzuki Wagon R (-8.8%). The Maruti Suzuki Swift (+2.9%) is bumped down to #2 for the month, followed by the Hyundai Creta (+12.8%), managing its second podium finish this year (#2 in March). The Maruti Suzuki Ertiga (+88.8%) breaks its monthly volume record at 15,902. The Maruti Suzuki DZire (+44%), Mahindra Scorpio (+42.3%) and Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza (+24.5%) also impress in the remainder of the Top 10.
