Moldova April 2024: Dacia Duster and Kia Sportage top market up 28.3%

Data by our Central European market data partner CE Auto tells of a Moldovan new car market up 28.3% in April to 815 units, leading to a year-to-date volume up 15.7% to 2,711. The Dacia Duster (+77.5%) once again dominates the charts with 8.7% share and a round 10% year-to-date. The Kia Sportage (-3.8%) is back up one spot on March to #2, upsetting the Toyota RAV4 (+41.4%). The RAV4 however remains #2 year-to-date. The Skoda Kodiaq (+27.6%) and Octavia follow, ahead of the Suzuki Vitara (+25.9%) and Skoda Superb. The Geely Atlas (#8), Toyota Yaris Cross (#9) and Dacia Logan (#10) also make it into the Top 10.
