8 new marques added to our Exclusive Chinese Brands Guide
The Chinese continue to add new brands to an already long list, with 8 additional marques bringing the total up to 199. Notice most of the brands launched this time belong to well known, large manufacturers.
This time, additions are Aion – not a subbrand of GAC anymore, Cao Cao from Geely, Fang Chen Bao from BYD, iCar from Chery, Luxeed by Chery, Nammi by Dongfeng, Stone by Rox Motor and Xiao Pao Che.

So basically if some day Apple eventually creates “iCar”, they will not be able to bring it to China with that name.
