North Macedonia April 2023: Toyota Corolla now #1 YTD, Seat Ateca #5

First Top 10 finish for the Seat Ateca

Data shared with us by Eastern European data partner CE Auto show a North Macedonian new car market edging down -6.7% year-on-year to 446 units. Thanks to a strong start of the year the year-to-date volume is up 6.7% to 1,714 sales. The Toyota Corolla (+100%) repeats at #1 with 5.8% share and also snaps the year-to-date top spot in the process, toppling the Hyundai Tucson out of the Top 10 for the month. Like in March, the Renault Clio ends the month in 2nd place and is now #3 so far this year. The Skoda Scala is up to equal #2 ahead of the VW Polo (-26.9%). The Seat Ateca breaks into the North Macedonian Top 10 for the first time at #5 and the MG ZS is up four ranks on last month to #6.
