China LCV February 2023: Foton Light Truck (+64%), Great Wall Pao (+51%) shine in market up 37%

Great Wall sales are up 47% year-on-year in February.

With a bit of delay we can share with you Light Commercial Vehicle data for China over February. The market soars 37% year-on-year this month to 261,988, but the 2-months tally remains in frank negative at -13% to 395,952. Foton (+68%) remains the most popular brand with over 46,000 sales ahead of Wuling (+104%) bouncing back up four spots on January to #2 but still way below Foton. Changan (+15%) drops to #3 ahead of Dongfeng (+19%) and JAC (+17%). Great Wall (+45%) and Maxus (+45%) impress below. Model-wise, the Foton Light Truck (+64%) is once again the best-seller above the Changan Light Truck (+48%) and Great Wall Pao Pickup (+51%). The Wuling Mini Truck is still not on the podium.
