Serbia August 2022: Fiat Tipo now #1 year-to-date in market up 5.3%

The Fiat Tipo is now the best-selling vehicle in Serbia so far this year.

Data by our Central European partner CE Auto shows a Serbian new car market up 5.3% year-on-year to 2,466 units. This means the year-to-date tally is now off -3.8% to 20,168. The Fiat Tipo (+1022.2%!) repeats at #1 with 8.2% of the market and as a result accesses the YTD pole position with 4.4% share. It topples the Skoda Fabia (-68.6%) not even in the Top 10 this month. The Toyota Corolla (+278%) ends August in 2nd place, up 5 spots on July while the Skoda Octavia (+24.1%) is down one to #3. The Skoda Kodiaq and Toyota Yaris, both up 4 ranks on last month, complete the Top 5. The Kia Stonic breaks into the Serbian Top 10 for the first time at #9.
