Serbia July 2022: Fiat Tipo soars to 12.7% share in stable market (-1%)
The Fiat Tipo holds a mammoth 12.7% share in Serbia in July.
According to data released by our Central European partner CE Auto, the Serbian new car market slips -1% to 3,033 sales, putting the year-to-date tally down -4.9% to 17,702. The Fiat Tipo (+652.9%) is up spectacularly year-on-year to notch the pole position with an overwhelming 12.7% share. It climbs from outside the June YTD Top 10 directly to #2 after seven months. The Skoda Octavia (+36%) follows in 2nd place while Dacia Duster (+53.8%) loses its June top spot to #3 but surges year-on-year. It distances the Skoda Fabia (-42.6%) in trouble but still #1 YTD, the Hyundai i10 and Fiat Doblo. The Hyundai i20 makes a rare appearance, rounding out the Top 10.
