Volkswagen (-30.5%) doubles the market drop but remains the most popular carmaker in the country with 16.5% of the market. Skoda (-4.8%) and Renault (-13.2%) both outpace the market and complete a podium unchanged on May. Below, Mitsubishi (+1100%), Land Rover (+450%), Jeep (+430.8%) and Cupra (+246.7%) stand out.
The Skoda Octavia (+120.6%) and VW Tiguan (+21%) share the pole position this month, the former up 11 spots on May and the latter up 28 ranks. The VW T-Roc (-18.3%) is down one spot to #3 while the Toyota Yaris Cross repeats at a record 4th place. The Renault Captur (+12.6%) is up one rank to #5, distancing the Skoda Kodiaq (-25.9%), Renault Clio (-51.7%) still #1 YTD and the Dacia Sandero (-23.6%) all in a bad way. In contrast the Opel Crossland (+135.9%) and VW Golf (+8.4%) manage year-on-year uptick to close out the Top 10. Below, the Opel Corsa (+134.5%), Renault Twingo (+87.2%) and Hyundai Kona (+62.5%) make themselves noticed. Below the Yaris Cross, the most popular recent launches are the VW Taigo (#23), Dacia Jogger (#25) and Tesla Model Y (#33).
