Yemen November 2021: Toyota holds 93.9% share of market up 58.4%
Toyota Land Cruiser pickup are up 6-fold year-on-year in November in Yemen.
New car sales in Yemen are up 58.4% year-on-year in November to 407 units. Toyota (+55.3%) slightly trails the market to hold a 93.9% share with Land Rover in second place at 3.7% and Lexus in third at 1.5%. Model-wise, the Toyota Land Cruiser SW (+95.5%) almost doubles its sales year-on-year to snap the top spot. It is followed by the Toyota Land Cruiser Pickup (+556.3%) up 6-fold year-on-year to land in 2nd, dislodging the Toyota Hilux (-14.5%) in difficulty. The Toyota Prado (-40%) also suffers while the Range Rover Velar is the only non-Toyota Group nameplate in the Top 10 at #6.
