Serbia June 2021: Fiat places Tipo and 500L on top in market edging up 4.4%
The Fiat Tipo is the best-selling car in Serbia in June.
Based on data by our Central European partner CE Auto, the Serbian new car market is up 4.4% year-on-year in June to 3.325 units, leading to a year-to-date tally up 28.2% to 15.550. Fiat manages a superb 1-2 this month, with the Tipo (+23.6%) lodging its third ever win in Serbia after June 2019 and August 2019, and the 500L up three spots on May to #2. The Skoda Fabia (+12.3%) retrogrades to #3 but remains by far the best-seller halfway through 2020. The Dacia Sandero (+16.7%) reappears inside the Top 10 at #4, distancing the Kia Sportage and Dacia Duster. First ever Top 10 finish in Serbia for the Jeep Compass landing at $7. The Skoda Karoq also points its bonnet inside the Top 10 at #8 whereas the Skoda Octavia is down 7 ranks on last month to #9.
