Thanks to our partnership with SMMT we can share with you the Top 10 best-sellers for each UK nation in February. Keep in mind this is a zoom in by nation, all sales figures are included in the February 2021 UK update. While the overall UK market is down -35.5% to its weakest February level since 1959, Scotland (-20.6%) once again fares much better at 4.184 units, followed by Northern Ireland (-25.3%) at 2.657 and Wales (-34%) at 1.722. England (-37.3%) performs the worst at 42.495.

With low volumes come high volatility, and this month is no exception. The Ford Fiesta tops two nations: England and Scotland, and ranks #2 in Northern Ireland and Wales. The Vauxhall Corsa is #1 in Wales and #2 in England but falls outside the Northern Irish and Scottish Top 10. The Ford Kuga is #1 in Northern Ireland for its first Top 10 finish there since last September and first win since November 2019.

The Nissan Qashqai is #2 in Northern Ireland and #3 in England, the Mercedes A-Class is #2 in Scotland, the Volvo XC40 is #3 in Scotland for its very first podium finish there, #6 in England and #10 in Wales and the Vauxhall Crossland X is #3 in Wales. The other great performer this month is the VW T-Roc, managing to fit in the Top 8 of each UK nation: it ranks #4 in Scotland, #6 in Wales, #7 in Northern Ireland and #8 in England. Notice also the Kia Niro up to #5 in England.
