Bosnia & Herzegovina October 2020: Skoda Octavia keeps distant lead in market rallying back up +41.2%

The Skoda Octavia cements its lead despite a year-on-year drop.

According to our partner CE Auto, the Bosnian new car market rallies back up a spectacular 41.2% year-on-year in October to 1.357 units, leading to a year-to-date tally now down -21.5% to 7.313. Despite falling -18.2% on a particularly strong year-ago score when it held a record 16% share, the Skoda Octavia easily retains the Bosnian pole position at 9.3% share, selling more than double its immediate followers the Dacia Sandero (+200%) and Skoda Scala ranking equal #2 for the month. This is a second consecutive monthly ranking record for the Scala which enters the YTD Top 10 at #9. All other Top 10 models post gargantuan gains, the most dynamic being the Dacia Duster (+250%), Toyota Yaris (+100%) and VW Golf (+112%), while the Seat Arona edges up one spot on last month to equal its record ranking at #7.
