Bosnia & Herzegovina July 2020: Skoda Octavia up to 11.4% share, first Top 10 for the VW T-Cross in market down -19.5%
The VW T-Cross breaks into the Bosnian Top 10 for the first time in July.
Based on data share by our Central European data partner CE Auto, the Bosnian new car market is off -19.5% year-on-year in July to 840 registrations, a slight improvement on the -21.4% of June leading to a year-to-date tally now down -29.6% to 4.729. Bolstered by a new generation, the Skoda Octavia shoots up 32.8% year-on-year to a whopping 11.4% share, its highest in Bosnia since last October. The Hyundai Tucson (-17.1%) remains in 2nd place above the Dacia Duster (-3.4%) and Skoda Fabia (-59.7%), replicating the YTD order. The VW Golf leaps back into the Top 10 at #5 while for the VW T-Cross, it is a very first Bosnian Top 10 finish at #7. The Audi A3 is down 7 spots on last month but scores a second straight Top 10 appearance at #10 alongside the Renault Captur.
