Kosovo Full Year 2019: Dacia Sandero and Renault Captur repeat atop stable market

For the third year in a row we can share with you exclusive sales data for Kosovo, a market edging down -1.1% year-on-year in 2019 to 3.608. The two most popular nameplates are the same as in 2018: the Dacia Sandero (-42.1%) holds onto the lead at 6% and despite losing almost half its volume while the Renault Captur (-4.1%) contains its loss to 4.5% share. The Suzuki Vitara (-2%) leaps up two spots on 2018 to climb onto the podium above the Hyundai Santa Fe making its entrance in the Kosovar Top 10 and after scoring a surprising pole position in H1. Hyundai has gone from no nameplate in the 2018 Top 10 to two this, the Tucson also landing at a strong 6th spot. The Peugeot 301 and Skoda Karoq also make their way into Kosovo’s ten most popular models in 2019.
