Indonesia March 2018: Mitsubishi Xpander confirms leadership
The Mitsubishi Xpander is the best-selling vehicle in Indonesia for the 2nd month running.

101.666 new wholesales light vehicle were sold in Indonesia in March, lifting the YTD tally to 291.378. The Mitsubishi Xpander manages to remain at the very top of the Indonesian sales charts with 7.4% share, outselling the traditional leader the Toyota Avanza (7%) for the second month running and extending its YTD lead to 559 sales at 21.972 vs. 21.413. The Toyota Calya (5.2%) and Kijang Innova (5.1%) follow, reproducing the YTD Top 4. The recently relaunched Toyota Rush climbs up to 5th place, its highest ranking in Indonesia since April 2015, reaching 5.027 sales which is according to BSCB files a new all-time volume record for the Rush nameplate. Another great performer this month is the Wuling Confero S (aka Hongguang S2) up 65% on February to hit a new monthly record of 931 sales.
The new generation propels the Toyota Rush to a new record monthly volume.
