Thanks to our partnership with Lightstone and NAAMSA, we can share with you today 2017 sales details for Lesotho, a landlocked country surrounded by South Africa and home to 2 million inhabitants. Toyota and Ford remain the Top 2 best-selling brand in the country, but Isuzu edges up one spot to land on the podium, knocking Nissan down to #4. Volkswagen remains at #5, while Chevrolet overtakes Mazda and Land Rover climbs two ranks to #8. Smart and Audi break into the Top 10. Model-wise, the Toyota Hilux cements its domination with sales up 28%, while the Toyota Fortuner, also up 28%, leaps up to #2 overall and the Isuzu KB gains three spots to climb on the third step of the podium. The Toyota Corolla (+81%) is up to #4 while the Ford Ranger (-38%) drops three spots to #5 and the Toyota Etios (-35%) is down two to #6. The Toyota RAV4 (#7) and Avanza (#10) break into the annual Top 10 for 2017. Toyota monopolises the Top 7 in the passenger cars ranking with the C-HR landing at #7 and bot the VW Polo and Golf inside the Top 10.
