Rep of Macedonia Full Year 2017: Duster discards Golf to stay at #1

Thanks to our partnership with Eastern European data specialist CE Auto, we can share with you today annual 2017 data for the Republic of Macedonia, a market up 3.1% to 5.829 registrations. The Dacia Duster remains the best-selling nameplate in the country despite a steep 19% year-on-year drop, but this time it was a last minute win with the VW Golf holding the YTD Top spot up until end-November and ends the year down 6% to 3.6% share. The Kia Sportage gains two spots to leap onto the podium in spite of deliveries declining by 5% while the Skoda Octavia is up 8% and six rank to #4 and was the best-seller in December. The Ford Fiesta (-16%), and VW Passat (-30%) fall down the ladder while the Ford Focus, Citroen C3, Opel Corsa and Skoda Fabia break into the annual Top 10.
