Bosnia & Herzegovina October 2016: Octavia soars to 19.6% share

Thanks to our partnership with CE Auto we can share with you today October sales data for Bosnia & Herzegovina. The market is up 15% year-on-year to 789 registrations, lifting the year-to-date tally up 28% to 7.379. Skoda records its best monthly result in the country since 2009 with 215 sales, up 20% on October 2015, and 1.085 year-to-date. The main reason behind this surge is the Octavia soaring to an incredible 19.6% market share thanks to 150 sales, far above the VW Golf at 45 and 5.7%. As a result, the Octavia is back to the 2016 pole position with 492 units vs. 449 for the Golf. Notice also the Skoda Rapid up 5 spots on last month to #3, the Skoda Fabia up two to #4 and the Hyundai i30 (#8) and Suzuki Vitara (#10) breaking into the Top 10.
